Muscles

Unless you are confined to a specific type of drawing, it is necessary to know the muscles that make up the human body in order to master anatomy. In this file, we will focus on the major essential groups of the body, voluntarily putting aside the muscles of the hands, feet and faces, as well as internal muscles. The goal here is primarily to study the muscles that give shape to the body. For this I have been deliberately schematical and I have simplified some sets so as not to be unnecessarily complex for a first approach.

The drawings below show how to recover anatomy from a posture. Compare the drawings and have fun doing the same on drawings or photos. Since there are not a lack of photos of sportsmen with prominent muscles, give yourself hands-on experience by using them.
